VitalOne Health Limited, trading as Vital Healthcare, offers VitalReach: a digital front door to connected healthcare at home. A 30-second camera scan estimates heart rate, heart-rate variability, breathing rate and blood pressure, with trends, a secure health record and connected Bluetooth devices. Vital Healthcare membership adds nurse clinical review, secure messaging, video consultations, home visits and escalation to doctors or emergency services. To run that service, VitalOne built VitalReach and Vital Healthcare on the Pryvate platform.
The Challenge
A consumer health product with a clinical workforce behind it needs three things to work together: members and clinicians must be able to talk securely, reviews and visits must be scheduled and tracked, and nurses must be routed to members' homes with arrival confirmed — all while health data and location data stay under the organisation's control.

The Solution
Secure Communications
Members message and video-call their nurse or doctor inside the VitalReach app. Conversations are end-to-end encrypted with a post-quantum-ready design, and never leave the Vital Healthcare environment.
Scheduling & Workforce
Clinical reviews, video consultations and home visits are booked, assigned and managed in one controlled diary, with membership entitlements — visits and reviews per year — tracked against it.
Location & Logistics
Nurse home visits are routed on Pryvate's private mapping, and geofencing confirms arrival at the right address — without member or staff location data being exposed to a third-party mapping provider.
One Governed Platform
Communications, scheduling and location share one identity, one permissions model and one audit trail. VitalOne administers users, records and infrastructure in a single place.
AI & Automation — next
Pryvate is working with VitalOne on where AI can take paperwork and coordination off clinical staff — drafting visit notes, summarising message threads, a daily briefing for coordinators — with every clinical decision staying with a person.
